SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

• TradingConnector must run on a 64-bit Windows operating system. Some users report they used it on MacOS (via Wine), but we don’t support that.

• All 3 components must be installed on the same computer. 3 meaning:

  • TradingConnector Chrome Extension

  • TradingConnector.EXE

  • MetaTrader with TradingConnectorEA.

• For MultipleAccounts license, all additional MetaTraders also must be installed on the same computer.

• Yes, it can be a VPS, but doesn’t have to be. Even a laptop placed on your desk at home/office will do fine.

• At all times that computer must be working.

• At all times that computer must be connected to Internet.

• At all times Chrome browser with TradingView website must be opened.

• At all times user must be logged in to Chrome with the same identity (account/email) he was logged in when initialising a subscription (paid or trial). If this condition is not met you will see “Undefined license” in TradingConnector.EXE header.
